Mr. Mohan Devkule, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the charge-sheet in the present crime has been filed before the learned Trial Court. He submits that rejection of the earlier Criminal Bail Application was prior to filing of the chargesheet. In view of the change in circumstance, he seeks leave to withdraw the present Criminal Bail Application. He prays that liberty be granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Application before the learned Trial Court upon receipt of the charge-sheet. 3.
