At the very outset, Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP states that the charge is framed. She also stated that there are only 14 witnesses which the prosecution intends to examine. In these circumstances, she prays that the statement of the victim be recorded by the Trial Court. 2.

Considering that the FIR was registered on 25th August, 2021, when the victim was mere a seven years old child and 4th December 2025

P. V. Tiwari 26_BA_1726_2025.doc today she is 11 years old. I deem it appropriate to request the Trial Court to record the statement of the victim at the earliest and preferably within a period of three months from the date on which the present order is communicated to it. 3.

The present Application will be considered after the statement of the victim is recorded by the Trial Court. List the matter on 09th March, 2026.
