By the present bail application, filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (BNSS), the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with Cr. No. 52/2025, registered with Vita Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 21(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drug's and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
