Heard Mr. Hatle, learned Advocate for Applicants in both Bail Applications and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent in Bail Application No.1730 of 2025 and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent in Bail Application No.1735 of 2025. 2.

Mr. Hatle informs the Court that Bail Application No.1730 of 2025 listed at serial No.13 and Bail Application No.1735 of 2025 listed at serial No.16 on today's board concerns Applicant who is co-accused in same crime.

He would submit that both applicants are young offenders of 21 years age and one of them was studying B.Com at the time of arrest i.e. one year four months ago.

He would submit that Bail Application No.4550 of 2024 of co-accused is listed on 06.05.2025. He would persuade the Court to tag the aforesaid two Bail Applications alongwith Bail Application No.4550 of 2024 to enable the Court to hear the Bail Applications together.

At request of Mr. Hatle, it is directed that Bail Application No.1730 of 2025 and Bail Application No.1735 of 2025 are directed to be tagged together alongwith Bail Application No.4550 of 2024 and directed to be shown together on 06.05.2025 to enable this Court to consider the same for grant of bail.
