This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.145 of 2025 registered at Wakad Police Station, District : Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(2), 189(2), 189(3), 190, 191(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS') and Sections 37(1), 37(3) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

According to the prosecution, on account of previous dispute, on the date of incident which took place on 18.03.2025 the present applicant and other co-accused assaulted the complainant/injured by some weapon and Zeenat Pathan

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.

It appears that the accused and complainant are studying in the same college. On the date of incident, on account of some trivial issue, a dispute arose between them. The injuries are simple in nature. There are no other criminal antecedents against the present applicant. Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application is allowed;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.145 of 2025 registered at Wakad Police Station, District : Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(2), 189(2), 189(3), 190, 191(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS') and Sections 37(1), 37(3) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
