Renuka / Navnath 29-BA-1768-2025 1.

Pursuant to order dated 28th November, 2025, the Investigating Officer namely Mr. Gagandeep (Appraiser) of the Court is present before the Court today. He has given his explanation, and also brought to my attention the medical documents of the applicant, where it is recorded that there is no history of any assault.

2.

Further, the order of the Magistrate also indicates that applicant did not have any complaint. In these circumstances, the physical appearance of the Investigating Officer Mr. Gagadeep is dispensed with.

3.

However, since the matter is taken out of turn, learned counsel for the applicant who has made a grievance in the first place is not present in the Court. Mr. Gagandeep, is requested to join the proceeding on the next date through VC. He is also requested to place on record an affidavit with the explanation as orally given today in that regard. 4.
