After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Advait Tamhankar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after 3 months, if key witnesses are not examined.

He has brought to my notice order dated 18th December 2024 passed by the Supreme Court wherein the Supreme 16th October 2025

23-BA-1783-2025.doc Court recorded that the steps would be taken to examine the key witnesses on priority basis.

In this view of the matter, permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and more particularly, examine the key witnesses within 3 months from the date on which this order is presented to it. 5.
