Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare-Dhumal, learned APP for State.

Applicant in the present case has been indicted in an offence punishable under Section 103(1) of the BNS and accused of murder of victim. Applicant and victim were working in the same company and according to the prosecution case one day prior to the date of incident which occurred on 19.07.2024 there was a quarrel which ensued between Applicant and victim over some issue relating to Applicant washing his clothes in the company. Incident occurred on 17.07.2024. FIR has been lodged on 23.07.2024.

Learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that Applicant came to be arrested on 24.07.2024 solely on the ground of circumstantial evidence and namely the precursor incident of quarrel between Applicant and deceased victim on the previous day. 4.

Learned Prosecutor appearing in the matter shall take appropriate instructions on the veracity of submissions made by the learned Advocate for Applicant as also precise role of the Applicant in the present crime and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date to enable this Court to consider the Application of Applicant for grant of bail.

Age of the Applicant is 21 years old and therefore every endeavor shall be made to hear and dispose of the present Application on the next adjourned date which shall be noted by the prosecution. 6.

Stand over to 8th July, 2025.
