The applicant has filed the present Bail Application in respect of offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The applicant has been in judicial custody since 18 February 2025. The offences are serious in nature. This regular bail application is being moved before the Vacation Court, mainly on the ground that the applicant is an HIV patient.

Considering the above, having heard the learned APP, it would be appropriate to list the matter before the regular Court. 3.

Liberty to mention before the Vacation Court, in case of extreme urgency.
