During the course of arguments, while this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Sumedh Jagtap, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, once the statement of the Victim is recorded.

Since the Applicant is in custody since 6th August 2023, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and in any event, frame charges and record the statement of Victim within six months from the date on which this order is placed before it.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
