Applicant is indicted and arrested for offences punishable under provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act, 1999 (for short 'MCOC Act') and arrested on 29.01.2024.

Applicant is not a syndicate leader. Respondent is directed to file their Affidavit-in-Reply inscribing the precise role of Applicant in present crime to enable this Court to consider Bail Application on the next adjourned date. Affidavit-in-Reply is directed to be filed within a period of six weeks from today positively.
