After hearing learned Counsel for both sides and when this Court has shown disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant at this stage, on instructions, Learned Counsel for the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the application. He however, submits that the Applicant is in jail for a period of four years and hence appropriate directions be issued to the Trial Court to complete the trial within time bound manner.

Learned APP submits that about fifty witnesses are to be examined by the prosecution and hence reasonable time be provided to the Trial Court for conclusion of trial. 25th March, 2026

Considering the number of witnesses to be examined, this Court finds it appropriate to request Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of one year from today. 4.

If trial is not concluded within this time, it is open for the Applicant to revive his requests for bail.

Liberty is granted to the Applicant on his request to move the Trial Court for seeking bail.
