The above matter is moved by way of praecipe to the speaking to the minutes of order dated 26th February 2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the 1st paragraph of the said order, instead of "Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act ('MPID' for short)", it should be "Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999" (for short "MCOCA").

In view of above, necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 26th February 2026.
