Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is behind bars for more than four years and six months, yet charge has not been framed. Learned counsel further submitted that the applicant was not produced for a single day before the Trial Court during the period of this four years and six months.

The Director General of Prisons shall file report before this Court on or before next date of hearing stating how many prisoners were not produced before the Court for more than six months. 6.

Report be also called from the concerned Judge as to why charge is not framed against the applicant and co-accused when both of them are behind bars for more than four years and six months. 7.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) to communicate this order to the concerned Judge and concerned authorities as directed in paragraphs 4 & 5 of the order by next date.
