Applicant is in prison since 13.01.2025 having taken into custody from another offence under Section 309(4) for having charged

Ms. Yadav would persuade the Court to consider that no recovery of the article which is alleged to have been stolen is made. She would fairly concede that there are antecedents against Applicant. 4.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions on the precise role of Applicant, as also veracity of submissions made by Ms. Yadav to enable the Court to consider Applications for grant of bail. 5.
