Heard Ms. Roy, learned Advocate for Applicant appearing through Video Conferencing and Ms. Newton, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant in the present case is a young offender 23 years old having being incarcerated in offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 143, 120B, 201, 145, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 37(1)(A) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and incarcerated in prison for 1 years 10 months 29 days pending trial.

Ms. Roy would persuade the Court to consider order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Bail Application No.2491 of 2024 of co-accused person who has infact been named in the First Information Report (for short 'FIR') and considering the role attributable to him in commission

She would persuade the Court to consider ground of parity and the fact that name of present Applicant is not even named in the FIR in order to consider the present Bail Application. 5.

Prima facie, if what Ms. Roy submits is true, Applicant has made out a good case for grant of bail on parity. 6.

Learned APP shall ascertain the veracity of submissions made by Ms. Roy and accordingly apprise the Court about the precise role of Applicant on the next adjourned date to enable the Court to consider the Bail Application of Applicant for grant of bail. 7.

Applicant is granted liberty to move the Vacation Court if so desired.

List the Bail Application on 10th July, 2025 for hearing and disposal.
