The present bail application initially filed by the applicant through Legal Aid; however, subsequently the applicant has now engaged a separate lawyer to file a new bail application (Bail Application No.377 of 2025). This implies a change in representation where the applicant has chosen to be represented through private Advocate instead of Legal Aid. 2.

In view of a conscious decision taken by the applicant to engage private Advocate, Bail Application No.1821 of 2025 which have been filed through Legal Aid stands disposed of without expression of opinion on merits.
