Heard Mr. Bhavnani, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant is incarcerated in prison for past 6 years 10 months 10 days for offences punishable under Sections 452, 302, 394, 459, 460, 381 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Mr. Bhavnani informs the Court that trial has commenced and 29 out of the 49 intended witnesses have been examined by prosecution in the trial. He would persuade the Court to consider the ignominy of trial being protracted and prolonged and would request the Court to consider the facet of long incarceration for enlarging Applicant on bail.

One of the Applicant before me is a woman.

Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions on status of

In view of paucity of time, Applicant is granted liberty to move Vacation Court.
