When the matter was called out, Mr. Prem Pandey, learned Advocate appears and submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Applicant in the present Bail Application. Mr. Piyush Toshnival, learned Advocate submits that he was appearing for the Applicant, however on account of the subsequent development, he would furnish his No Objection Certificate to Mr. Prem Pandey, learned Advocate.

Mr. Prem Pandey, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he requires one week's time to obtain documents and file his vakalatnama. He however submits that there is urgency in the matter, as the Applicant was arrested on 11th March 2019. However, till date no charge is framed.
