Heard Mr. Mithilesh Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the StateRespondent. 2.
By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.31 of 2019 registered with Uran Police Station, Navi Mumbai.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the Respondent-State points out to the order dated 3rd October, 2024, at page No.216 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2611 of 2024 and submits that the liberty granted by the said order is required to be availed before the learned Trial Court, at the first instance. 4.
Mr. Mithilesh Mishra, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Gayatri Shimpi
901-BA-1890-2025.doc Application before the learned Trial Court, in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 3rd October, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2611 of 2024. He submits that such Application would be filed within 10 days from today and further prays for a direction to the Trial Court to decide such Application expeditiously. Leave to withdraw the present Application is granted.

Considering the earlier order of this Court passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2611 of 2024, in the event the Applicant files a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, within 10 days from today the Trial Court to make an endeavor to decide the same expeditiously and at any rate within a period of three weeks from the first date of hearing in the said Application. Such Application be considered and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
