After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Shrirang Katneshwarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application, in case the charges are not framed and the complainant is not examined within a period of six months from the date on which this order is presented to the Trial Court.

Since the permission to withdraw the application is granted with the aforesaid liberty. Since the Applicant is in custody from 4th February, 2022, the Trial Court is also requested to expedite the trial. 3.

Application stands disposed of.
