Heard Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Pethte, learned APP for Respondent.

This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No. 152/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 66, 69 of BNS, 2023 and 66(C), 67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000 registered with Kurla Police Station.

Applicant is indicted for the aforesaid offences, who is 26 years old. After hearing learned Advocate for Applicant and relation between Prosecutrix and accused person emanating from record as consensual, I direct the Applicant to implead the Prosecutrix as Respondent No.2 to the present application. Amendment is permitted

4 ba 1896-25.doc to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 4.

Learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the amended application along with a copy of this order on the concerned I.O forthwith.

The I.O is directed to depute a responsible lady police officer to serve copy of the application on Respondent No.2-Prosecutrix and obtain her consent if she requires legal representation through the legal aid. The same shall be apprised by the learned APP on the next adjourned date. This exercise is directed to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

List the matter on 15th July 2025.

In view of the request made by learned Advocate for Applicant, liberty is granted to move the vacation court after effective compliance of this order.
