This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.I-182/2023 for the offences Punishable under Sections 394, 506(2) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 37(1)(a), 37(3) & 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 registered with Hill-line Police Station.
