This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.343 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2) (n), 506(2) of the IPC 1860 and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of POCSO, 2012 registered with Meghwadi, Thane Police Station. 3.

The Applicant is indicted for the aforesaid offences. In that view of the matter, issue notice to the Respondents. 4.

Mr. Dedhia waives notice on behalf of State.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the Application along with a copy of this order directly on the concerned I.O. The I.O. is directed to depute a responsible lady police

The same shall be apprised by the learned APP on the next adjourned date. The aforesaid exercise is directed to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
