Heard Mr. Kumbhar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.

This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No. 380 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 , 376 and 376(3) of IPC, 1860 and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the POCSO, 2012 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai. 3.

Considering the indictment of Applicant for the aforesaid offences, issue notice to the parties.

Mr. Dedhia waives notice on behalf of State.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to serve copy of Application along with a copy of this order directly on the concerned I.O.

The I.O. is directed to depute a responsible lady police officer to serve coy of the application on her or her Legal Guardian and obtain her consent if she requires legal representation through the legal aid. The same shall be apprised by the learned APP on the next adjourned date. The aforesaid exercise is directed to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
