By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicants are before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 408 of 2024 registered with Shirwal Police Station, District-Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 309(6), 324(4), 115, 352, 351(2), 355 and and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS" for short). 3.

Mr. Meghdeep Oak, learned Advocate for the Applicants has tendered a praecipe dated 29th July 2025 seeking leave to Gitalaxmi

901-BA-1948-2025.doc withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court. He submits that the co-accused in the said crime has been granted bail. He submits that on the basis of change in circumstances, the Applicants intend to approach the learned Trial Court with a fresh Bail Application. 4.

Dr. Ashvini Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Meghdeep Oak, learned Advocate for the Applicants.

In view of the above, leave granted to the Applicants to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in view of the change in circumstances, as submitted by Mr. Meghdeep Oak, learned Advocate for the Applicants. If such Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court on the ground of change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No. 1948 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
