Heard Mr. Lalit, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Newton, learned APP for Respondent - State.

Mr. Lalit would submit that Applicant is arrested on 24.03.2025 but prior to her being arrested she had anxiety issues and had attempted to end her life. Applicant is indicted in offences punishable under Sections 204, 308(2), 319(2), 318(4), 336(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Case of the prosecution against Applicant and other coaccused persons is for participating in crime of digital arrest of citizens. 4.
Mr. Lalit would however refute the prosecution case and would submit that in so far as role of Applicant is concerned, she had
904.BA.1960.2025.doc access to bank account to which the amounts were transferred to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- out of the total amount of Rs.97,00,000/- in respect of which the crime has been lodged. He would submit that the said Rs.20,00,000/- amount which was received by Applicant stands frozen in the bank account and is recovered. He would persuade the Court to consider the case of Applicant for grant of bail on medical grounds.

Learned APP is handed over the copy of medical urgency praecipe dated 30.04.2025 filed by Applicant alongwith Annexures which are appended thereto. The Annexures are the medical papers of Applicant.

The Chief Medical Officer of the concerned Jail Hospital where Applicant is lodged is directed to examine the same and file appropriate report to enable the Court to consider the same. 7.
Mr. Lalit would also submit that Applicant has also prayed for regular bail on other grounds.
