At the request of the Court, Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate has agreed to appear and represent Respondent No. 2 in the present Bail Application.

Mr. Sangram Suryavanshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that there is urgency in the matter and therefore, the Bail Application be considered at the earliest. He assures the Court to furnish a copy of entire paper-book of the present Bail Application to Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Appointed Advocate today itself. 7.
