The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that as per Birth Certificate produced by the Applicant, he is below 18 years of the age, but this fact was not raised before the Trial Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Application with permission to file fresh Application before the Trial Court raising the issue of juvenility of the
