For the reasons stated in the intervention application, and no objection from the other side, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in the bail application shall implead the intervenor as a party respondent to the present bail application. The necessary amendment shall be carried out on or before the next date.

Accordingly, the interim application stands disposed of. 5.

The learned APP, on instructions, apprises the Court that charges have already been framed against the applicant in the present case.

In view of this, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks an adjournment to take further instructions.
