Ms. Bhosale, learned APP submits that the Investigating Officer has effected the service upon Respondent No.2 and she has accepted the same. Respondent No.2 has conveyed to the Investigating Officer that she requires the services of an Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel to espouse her cause. Accordingly, Adv. Aneesa Cheema is appointed to represent Respondent No.2 and to espouse her cause before this Court. 4.

The Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the application along with annexures to Adv. Aneesa Cheema to facilitate her to take instructions.
