By the present Bail Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief :- (a) The Applicant may kindly be released on Regular Bail in connection with the Cyber Police Station (Pimpari Chinchwad) in their C. R. No.07/2024 registered
U/s. 316(2), 318(2), 3(5) of the BNS and U/s. 66(c), 66(d) of the IT Act, 2000"

Mr. Ravishankar Thombare, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that C. R. No.07/2024 is registered as case bearing RCC No. 317 of 2025 and is pending before the 9th & 10th Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, Pune ("Magistrate").

Mr. Ravishankar Thombare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that, according to the prosecution, the main accused in Crime No. 07 of 2024 is Shreyash Mane. He submits that, during the pendency of this Bail Application, Shreyash Mane (Accused No. 1) has been enlarged on bail by the Additional Sessions Judge-14, Pune, vide order dated 27 January 2026. He submits that in view of the said circumstances, the Applicant intends to approach the Magistrate, before whom the case bearing RCC No. 317 of 2025 is pending, with a bail application. He submits that the Applicant will file a fresh bail application before the Magistrate within two weeks from today, and requests that the Magistrate be directed to consider and decide the said bail application expeditiously.

The request made by Mr. Ravishankar Thombare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent/State. Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent/State, submits that the said recourse would be appropriate. He
further submits that the prosecution will cooperate in the early disposal of the bail application, if filed. 6.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Ravishankar Thombare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Magistrate. If a fresh bail application is filed before the Magistrate within two weeks from today, the Magistrate is requested to consider and dispose of the said bail application expeditiously on its own merits, in accordance with law and at any rate, within one month from the first date of hearing of the said bail application.

This Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
