By order dated 10th June 2025, notice was issued to Respondent No. 2.

Mr. Pandurang Gaikwad, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that Respondent No. 2 is served and a request is made from Respondent No. 2 seeking appointment of a lawyer from the Legal-aid Panel to represent him. He tenders a letter dated 27th June 2025 addressed by Respondent No. 2 for such request, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Considering the request of Respondent No. 2, Ms. Ashwini Achari, learned Advocate on the Legal-aid Panel of this Court, who is present in the Court, is appointed to represent Respondent No. 2. 5.

Ms. Ashwini Achari, learned Advocate has agreed to appear and represent the Complainant/Respondent No. 2 in the present Bail Application.

Mr. Pandurang Gaikwad, learned A.P.P. is requested to instruct the Investigating Officer to inform Respondent No. 2 about the appointment of Advocate to represent him in the present Application.
