After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Ms. Ayesha Maldar, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

Considering the sensitivity in the matter and that the age of the victim is only nine years, the Trial Court is 16th February 2026
