Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file fresh Application after six months, if trial is not concluded or change in circumstances. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the last witness was examined before sixteen months and Applicant is behind bars more than five years. It is very serious that last witness was examined prior to sixteen months. The learned Trial Court and prosecution shall make endeavor to examine the prosecution witnesses as early as possible. 4.
