This is a regular bail application in connection with FIR No. 352 of 2025 registered with Santacruz Police Station on 17 April 2025 under Sections 3(5), 140(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The offences are of a serious nature.

At this point the learned counsel for the applicant submit thats the applicant is in a dire situation. He may be evicted from his residence. There is no one in his family to look after him.
