At the request of the parties, the Bail Applications listed on Serial No. 33 on today's board was kept back and taken up with the present Application at Serial No. 9 (Fresh Matter), which is a fresh matter. When this (Bail Application No.2414/2025) was called out, learned advocate for the Applicant in this Application (Serial No.9) prays for an adjournment on the ground of the arguing counsel being unavailable.

Mr. Dubey, learned advocate appearing for the Applicant in Bail Application No.2086/2025 objects to the adjournment on the ground that the Applicant in his Bail Application has urgency. 3.

There is no objection from the other parties appearing in the matter.
