By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking Bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of Crime No. 8 of 2022.

Learned APP places reliance on the order dated 28th June, 2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 3534 of 2022 by which this Court had declined to entertain the Application for bail filed by the Applicant.
