After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its opinion of not being inclined to entertain the present Bail Application, Mr. Priyal Sarda, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks to withdraw the Bail Application with a prayer to grant liberty to move the trial Court after some time.

The learned APP submits that in the event the Application is withdrawn unconditionally, the prosecution would not object Talwalkar
97.BA2104.2025.odt the liberty being granted. She submits that a period of one year would be reasonable period for renewal of the request for grant of bail.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to move the trial Court after a period of 12 months from today, on the ground of change in circumstances, if any. In the event such an application is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
