After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief, Mr. Shambhu Jha, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present application. However, on instructions, he submits that the Applicant is not being produced in Court on many occasions. I have also perused the order dated 11th March 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, wherein the bail application of the Applicant was rejected by the Trial 30th September 2025

16-BA-2108-2025.DOC Court. However, while rejecting the application, the Trial Court has recorded that it is the accused on the ground of filing application for bail, who has refused to get the charges framed.

In these circumstances, permission to withdraw the present bail application is granted.

The Prison Authorities are directed to produce the Applicant before the Trial Court for the purpose of framing charges on the next date of hearing as posted by the Trial Court.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP, is requested to convey this order through the prosecutor before the Trial Court concerned.

5.

The present bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
