Mr. Thobde, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that Statement under Sections 161 and 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical evidence do not form a part of the charge sheet which is furnished to the accused. He submits that in the absence of the said documents, it is difficult for the Applicant to put forth his case. Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP appears and submits that a copies of the missing documents in the charge-sheet will be furnished to the Applicant within a period of one week from today.
