After hearing learned counsel for both sides, when this Court showed its disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant, at this stage, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Application with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial.

The learned APP informs the Court that the charge has already been framed against the Applicant, and that within a period of one year, the trial could be completed. 3.
Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Trial Court be directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from today.
