By the present Application, the Applicant is before this Court seeking bail. His Application for bail filed before the learned District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, prior to filing of the charge-sheet was rejected vide order dated 22nd April, 2025. He submits that the prosecution has now filed charge-sheet. In view of the said change in circumstances, he has Talwalkar

In view of the change in circumstances which has occurred due to filing of the charge-sheet, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application before the learned District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur. If such application is filed, the learned District Judge-3 & Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, would consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. Liberty to withdraw the Criminal Bail Application is granted.
