Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Application for bail in case trial does not not get over within a period of year from today.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with leave as prayed.
