The Applicant has filed this Application seeking interim bail on medical grounds. According to the Applicant, he underwent a surgery of his left arm, on account of left monteggia fracture dislocation. A steel implant was placed in his arm; however, the Applicant states that said implant has broken and needs to be replaced. He contends that for the said replacement, further surgery is necessary. 2.

By order dated 7th November, 2025, Ms.Bhosale, learned APP, representing the State in the present matter was 11th November 2025

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 501-BA-2137-2025.doc requested to call for a report in respect of the Applicant from the medical authorities of Taloja Central Prison. Accordingly, today she has placed on record a report dated 9th November, 2025 regarding the health status of the Applicant. According to the said health status, the Applicant was referred to Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals on multiple occasions for his complaints regarding pain and swelling in his left forearm. However, the report does not advise any re-operative procedure or surgery. In fact, the said report is silent in this regard. 3.

Ms.Bhosale, is therefore, requested to call for further health status report and essentially request the authorities of Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals to opine in respect of requirement of replacement of steel implant in the left forearm of the Applicant. The said report be placed on record within a period of 3 days from today.
