"1. Learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant is voluntarily ready to file an undertaking to return the balance amount received from the investors.

2. To enable the applicant to file the said undertaking, stand over to 11th August 2025.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Jail is directed to permit the applicant to sign the undertaking for its submission before this Court." 2.

Today, Ms Sabiha Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks one week time to take instructions as to whether the Applicant is ready to furnish an undertaking as mentioned in the order dated 28th July 2025. 3.
