On 22 August 2025, none appeared for the applicant. Therefore, to grant him one last opportunity the bail application was kept today. However, even today none appears for the applicant.

Learned APP pointed out that while the applicant was undergoing imprisonment for life on being convicted for offense under Section 302 of the IPC, and while released on parol for 14 days, he committed as many as three crimes, all of them involving Section 302 of the IPC. The applicant could be arrested after delay of 767 days. She submits that the trial is at advance stage and statement under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. is being recorded, and next date is 29 August 2025.

Considering aforesaid factors, in my opinion, no case is made out by the applicant for release on bail.

The bail application stands dismissed.
