Heard Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for State and Mr. Saurabh Butala, Advocate for Intervener.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP points out to the order dated 6th March, 2025 by which the Bail Application No. 4241 of 2024 filed by the Applicant was disposed of by granting liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh bail application after four months. Learned APP submits that the Applicant will have to approach the learned trial Court, at the first instance in terms of the liberty in Talwalkar

32.BA2155. 2025.odt the order dated 6th March, 2025. She submits that the period of 4 months as referred to in the order dated 6th March, 2025 has not expired.

Faced with the above situation, the learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present Bail Application and file a fresh bail application before the learned trial Court. Statement accepted. Leave granted.

Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the learned Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 6th March, 2024 in Bail Application No. 4241 of 2024. In the event, any such application is filed, the learned Trial Court to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 2155 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) Talwalkar
