By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 540 of 2024 registered with Indapur Police Station, Indapur, Pune, for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, which is registered as Sessions Case No. 469 of 2025 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Indapur, Dist. Pune.

After having heard the matter for some time, and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined, Mr. Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant crave leave to withdraw the present Bail Application. He prays that the Applicant be granted liberty to apply afresh before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. 4.
Mr. Chate, Learned APP states that he has no objection if the Application is withdrawn. He submits that the Applicant is always at liberty to apply before the learned Trial Court if there are change in circumstances.

It is clarified that in the event, of any application being filed on the ground of change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
