Mr. Arjun Lingalod, learned Advocate for the Applicant mentions the matter by filing a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 23rd June 2025, seeking correction of typographical error. It is his contention that the name of Applicant in the cause-title of the order dated 23rd June 2025 is wrongly typed as Narayan Gautam More, instead of Nayan Gautam More.

Perusal of the order dated 23rd June 2025 indicates that in the cause-title of the order, the name of Applicant is wrongly typed as Narayan Gautam More, instead of Nayan Gautam More. 3.

In view of the above, the said typographical error in the cause-title of the order dated 23rd June 2025, needs to be corrected as "Nayan Gautam More" instead of "Narayan Gautam More". Gitalaxmi
